The Fair Appraisal is an Excellent to know who is in which Rank. But, the Monetary Compensation is highly discouraging while distributing at various Ranked people. The Old Timers always feel that 'position and Monetary' benefits are suddenly being offered to the new comers / lateral rec ruits. The appraisal system is not working properly. if the person working as per company guideline and system, he is not getting any promotion and other benefit. he should be in BOSS GOOD BOOK then only he will get something.

Good work environment and culture.Tearmmates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
