Moderate work experience.

Dislikes

Stating is good but there is a big partiality between Tamil and other state people.All the seniors are not doing partiality but some seniors who do. And according to my point of view and work experience q candidate can't develop himself as a engineer. In this company no career growth no such salary increment. Workin after year's a employee get only 19000 salary, so any one can understand.

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and management is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling but casting department isn't good no development in us and it is very high temperature nearly 700°c furnance

There is not yet willing to work,salary isn't decent but at same time caterer growth is also slow

Job security if want, dont think about this. last 1.5 year , employee attirtion is about 50%. Technical machines are less hence cannot learn about technical parts. no training will be provided, company thinks that training wont improve the work std
