Stating is good but there is a big partiality between Tamil and other state people.All the seniors are not doing partiality but some seniors who do. And according to my point of view and work experience q candidate can't develop himself as a engineer. In this company no career growth no such salary increment. Workin after year's a employee get only 19000 salary, so any one can understand.

Job security if want, dont think about this. last 1.5 year , employee attirtion is about 50%. Technical machines are less hence cannot learn about technical parts. no training will be provided, company thinks that training wont improve the work std
