I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Recently, the Kuvempu University has been awarded "A" Grade by NAAC. The quality of education imparting by the University both under regular and distance mode has been excellent. I got excellent work experience in the legal matters such as drafting to court pleadings, Memorandum of understandings, agreements and etc, while dealing legal cases in the University.

I got tremendous work experience but i could not get the promotions as I expected from the University due to government policies and government embargoes on the University. however I got full support from my higher officers and also colleagues in dealing the legal cases of the University.

I am acting as a liaison officer between the University and the panel advocates of the University. I have to attend the legal cases of the University in time bound manner, otherwise the interest of the University is badly effected.
