For every project there will be bottle neck due to poor planning, production people Start blaming on SCM team and management never think about facts going on with in the organisation as the top management should depute good General Manger position, should give targets to plant head also.

Work Details

As my role in the organisation as Deputy Manager SCM I look both purchase , out sourcing and local logistics I fed up with organization due to no forecast orders and no Methods planning department, I should only calculate entire BOM while placing the PO.
