The company helps to take self decision at times for the center they give full power.

The company and the norms are good but people inbetween are not good who are in higher grade and whatever they implement it will be done suddenly system are not good, HR department is very worst in each company hr will be supporting employee but here they are least cared about employees. Mainly no career growth.
