Works in different field and know about direct sales person, accounts, cashier, stockist. Earn a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

No Promotion is given except some selected persons who works in head office. Salary is very low but work pressure is very high. 2 months Salary and Gratuity will not provide after 60 days of resignation. No other related works/training will be provided for employees to self development.Work more then 9 hours but no overtime facilityincluded. A lum sum amount is given as a salary increment but refuse to increase basic salary....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
