Due to lack of knowledge in Nitin Sethi management hired New CQA HOD.which is Knowledgeable person. Nitin Sethi and TG given wrong direction and force to manipulation work and if same observed in audit then fired out the people and protect his job. There are some peoples which are not is system and currently working in another organisation but they can not leave his buttering habit. The person wrote that he was worked with 10 years in system, then why not given positive review in between 10 year. There policies and some facilities are not bad compared to other companies with a similar level of market capitalization. They provide food on a subsidized basis at 40 rupee, in this money that is good in terms of quality and quantity. Someone told me that the company has now started giving annual increment in the month of April, which quite impressive. this is the best aspect of the company for the employees. They give you 10 rupee chocolate when you post on social media about the company to enhance its image and branding. Meetings are often called for no reason, and those who have been with the company from the beginning do not allow others to settle in. They neither do the work nor allow other to do it. The HR department gives an annual training on POSH to every employee, but the funny part part is "Chowkidar hi Chor Hai". I have only seen a companywhere HR does nothing; they simply assign task to employees, ensuring no one enjoys their day. Even the decoration and Rangoli are prepared by the employees, and they arrange everything needed for the this on their own; the only contribution from the company is the funding. The behavior of the person in-charge of salaries is akin to speaking with a third-class government clerk working in rural area. Employees do not complain simply because he is a close friend of HR head. The manager's sits in the cabin with "F" and talks for an hour.
