There is some person who is not in system but buttering to Management on the basis of their bosses negative review in ambition box. Actually they want to retain in kusum again.but no person can change the reality.

Dislikes

It's reality that Nitin Sethi and TG is not good person due to their politics lots of peoples fired out from the system and some are under process. Due to lack of knowledge in Nitin Sethi management hired New CQA HOD.which is Knowledgeable person. Nitin Sethi and TG given wrong direction and force to manipulation work and if same observed in audit then fired out the people and protect his job. There are some peoples which are not is system and currently working in another organisation but they can not leave his buttering habit. The person wrote that he was worked with 10 years in system, then why not given positive review in between 10 year. Why Given review now days so that his old boss will give appreciation.these type of peoples making worst environment in pharmaceutical sector. We are the people's which families are suffered lot of pains due to kusum Management politics. I hope that all peoples will think and understand the reality of these types of peoples....Read More

Company policy and working culture is very good Canteen facility, convenience facility is free of cost Work life balance as per leave policy Alternate Saturday additional off (for general shift employees) Fix timing of office Annual function, yearly Tour, mediclam facility. Online full and final after leaving the organization.

It is very good company, I have worked in kusum health care more then 10 years, Dr T G sir and Nitin Sethi sir is very good and supportive person, they have always support to hard working person, TG sir and Nitin sir very knowledgeable person, kusum healthcare got EU GMP approval in one go both of plant bhiwadi and indore, He has well implement paper less work in QC and QA by implementing LIMS and QAMS Few peron introduced wrongly bcz those person is doing the manipulation in working so that avoid such type of false information Thanks...Read More
