1. Work environment is toxic 2. Typical Lala company culture. 3. Those who are psycophants are getting all the benefits, those who are really talented are rotting due to lack of appreciation for their good work. 4. All the people at Manager and Sr. Manager are actually having no knowledge of atleast basic things... 5. Top management is in favour of those who say always yes to them..
