Very good place to work. Seniors are very helpful.

Dislikes

Some employees are taking advantage of good management people. Some of the associates are torturing to new colleagues. But, the management is not taking any action on them. Management should terminate these people who don't have sense about how to talk to others or seniors. Also, promotion policy is very bad. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
