You will get to learn as a fresher since lot of modern technologies are used in the product. It is work from home job, can save an hour of travelling time everyday.

Dislikes

- Management is extremely incompetent. They don't know the nuances of what contributes to the success of product. If you are working on bugs or refactors, your yearly review will just say no value added to the end customer. - Only when you work and deliver new features, the management takes it as a value add. Worst part is what to pick is not in your control. So you might be assigned constantly bug fixes and at the year end they will say you never delivered a feature. - Unrealistic expectations from developers in terms of feature implementation time. Due to this one has to work 10-11 hours on workdays as well as weekends to meet the expectations. - Management is so incompetent and toxic that all founding team members have left. Entire tech team is now new hires. - No proper leave policy and you are looked down upon by management even while taking 2 casual leaves in a row. Public Holidays are not rolled over when they overlap with weekend. - Not a single outing right from the beginning of company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Forget any perks other than salary</mark>. - They cut salary in COVID without single rupee of business impact due to pandemic. In fact, they earned new customers during this same time. - Notice period is 3 months but when you are not happy with the hike and want to leave the company, CEO will ask you to leave with immediate effect - no notice period simply to not give you any time to prepare for interviews....Read More
