Horrible company culture, they think painting the walls with happy colors will help them achieve employee satisfaction. The 'heads' don't know where their heads are at (because it's up a hole), the HR is useless - don't know what to do when an employee reaches out to them for any assistance. And their business is plummeting, as it should because none of them know how to value employees.

1. Nothing works as promised 2. Teams are asked to come at 9:30 But 1 up which is reporting managers who actually reach office at 10:30 🤣🤣🤣 3. I have seen an incident where a person who regularly scroll the instagram was promoted as a manger 🫡 These could be trivial things unfortunately this the scenario in a team.. I would not suggest or refer any of them to KredX
