No job security. No offer letter/appointment letter. No pay slips. No appraisal. They are too casual about esic. They paid in cash. I've been working about a year but I don't have any proof of that. Everything is very casual to them.

Their salary is on time.

Dislikes

From management to systems everything is bad. Their directors used cuss words to every employee. Their is no corporate culture. They don't provide you an offer letter or even a pay slip. They treats every employees like a slave. Their is no job security or no work life balance.

They can't give you any job security. Doesn't even give an offer letter or appointment letter. They state the amount of a salary at the interview but pay less than that at the end of the month.

Dislikes

Very bad behavior of the managements. They treat their employees like servants.
