If you’re associated with KI, please ensure weekends are governed by partners requests basis the P&L they hold, which makes it THE WORST place to work!! Employees are treating like shit at KPMG

Unprofessional. Terrible work culture. Very little increments and almost no bonuses. Managers and above shout, belittle, verbally abuse and can degrade a person to any level. No person continues in this firm for more than 3 months and there are only handful of people who continued there for over an year. No job is worth your self respect pls make a wise decision

Non deserving people getting promotions, skills are not respected, only in which project you are tagged is. It's hell when people are on bench. Nobody supports, you are on your own - no hand holding, no mentorship, no trainings, no shadowing anyone, no guidance.

Great company to settled in. Great at work life balance, good project. Management is pretty cool, and very helpful and easily reachable. I didn't face any micromanagement so far, they are completely concerned what you're delivering not how you're delivering.

They can not let you even eat if there is any Event going on in KPMG, they will seal the complete cafeteria Even if the cafeteria is not a part of event or even if there is a b'day party going on. Also there is no work life policy, you have to work Even on Saturday and Sunday

The management doesn't care about its employees they only care about their manager group and the managers only care about themselves and micromanaging is at its peak. And some of the managers are really baised against a few people means they are good to those they like and they don't give a shit about others.
