If u are CA and want only salary then go for KPMG GDC but the work will be copy paste and tieouts and giving tick mark. Absolutely no skills to learn here.

There is no client dealing. Actual audit is done by KPMG team sitting in US. People in KPMG banglore are doing only copy paste and tick mark work. Pure micromanagement is going on HCLS industry. They are behaving in a way so that people put resignation on their own. They hire CA only to charge more per hour rate from client. Otherwise there is no work for CA here. If you dont have any professional degree then u will remain at rank of senior Associate only. Only CA CPA or ACCA can become manager or above rank. HRBP (Asif Rehman) and Manager are puppets of Associate director and Associate director (shyam lodha) is puppet of director and MD. The positive point is that you will chill throughput because you won’t be using your brains much. GDC is simple copy and paste. My 10 year old nephew can crack the GDC interview.

Dislikes

The higher management doesn't even know how to speak basic english. They are a bunch of stupid people who are running GDC. They don’t focus on work. They just need pure politics if you can play it with them you will stay in good books, but if you try to come on time do your work and submit it before deadline you are basically not doing your job because you are boring and you they purely need masala in life. No stability as well they will kick you out in few months. I have seen senior associates getting out from the firm in 2-3 months. Also if you are joining GDC in gurgoan be aware of th AD whose initials are “ST”, he thinks that he is the baap of everyone but he doesn't know that he is the most stupidest of them all.
