Team mates are very easy to work with and always ready to help. They provide cabs which makes travelling to office and back pretty much hassle free.

Dislikes

- They have bosses not leaders. Especially within the POA and SCM Advisory teams. There is a group of people who got way more than they deserve and can't bear to see anyone else go ahead of them. There is a lot of favouritism only for bootlickers. - Managers don't take out time to explain the evaluation process and criteria. You have to figure out everything on your own. - Archaic system and processes, you have to login into different portals for everything. - HRs are non responsive. - WLB is a myth and comes at the cost of your image. If you try to talk to your manager they only keep saying, see this as an opportunity and prove everyone wrong. - The health insurance portal is the worst. You need to to call customer care for each and every detail. - Bosses decimate your struggle with your health conditions, saying things openly like it doesn't look like you have any issues..seems like you are making it up to get holidays.
