Likes

Teammates were good. The locality of office is very good.

Dislikes

No proper management. No transparency in work allotment. There was lot of politics that was happening behind us. School like Rules complied on employees. No flexibility regarding office timings and leaves.

Work Details

Hectic because requirements keep changing every now and then which causes us to work day and night since time given to accomplish task is also less.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
