Poor Management: We strive to maintain a strong and effective management system that fosters communication, transparency, and growth. Our AHM (All Hands Meeting) held monthly provides a platform for open discussions on ongoing projects, and higher management actively addresses any issues raised during these meetings. We are committed to continuously improving our management practices to ensure a positive work environment. Insufficient Projects: As a company with 300+ customers, we have successfully delivered over 1000 projects to date. Currently, our teams are actively engaged in several projects, utilizing a diverse range of models, including nearshore, onshore, offshore, and blended approaches. Our dedication to delivering quality solutions remains unwavering. Skill Development Program: Our Learning and Development (L&D) department plays a pivotal role in nurturing our employees' skills and growth. We conduct regular corporate training sessions, provide certification opportunities, and offer training programs to 20-30% of our employees every quarter. Skill development is a core focus for us, and we continuously seek to enhance the capabilities of our team. However, we understand that market conditions can change, and customer preferences may evolve accordingly. In response to the current market demands, some clients may prioritize experienced resources to ensure faster project delivery. We are actively addressing this concern and working towards providing an optimal balance of expertise and opportunities for all our employees. We highly value your feedback and encourage open communication to address any specific issues you may have faced.
