I liked the people, the managers and heads were very supportive. It has a great cafeteria and they serve amazing food. Also they have lots of picnics , activities and get together events for employees

Dislikes

Honestly I was into sales and didnot like the targets given by them not realistic. Also I didnot like the area it was right inside and travelling was a big issue I had just 1 bus from there to malad if i miss it the next bus would be in another 1/2 hr.

In Banca channel you will get a branch ,so they will give you the leads,you don't have to self sourcing.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Unbearable pressure. You will do business still they will pressurise and harras you. Poor work life balance. They will call you to come to office on weekends without any reason and keep you upto 8.40 pm or 9 pm (Without any gender biasness)

While my feedback depends on my personal experience. The reality might definitely vary from team to team and process to process. As of my experience, please do not come to this company. It's Mumbai - Goregaon branch is 4 km distant from the railway station and it's a time consuming travel. Other than this, the working experience is like living hell. No fixed timings, you will start your shift at 10.30 am and leave home at 10 pm. The process are dull manual. You will die working on your files but still the file wont be up to date. Because while you were working on your file, 100 more things have happened. But they expect a real time updated file. Don't come here....Read More

In my point of view, I dislike the most about company that the company is not aggressive for employee salary & benefits same is for Promotion/appraisal. the company needs to improve these things. . . because the ground level employee is a key to success for organization and for all . . .

Work environment was not at all good hr and manager gives false commitment they ask to come on Sunday without pay 7 days a week and daily extend shift without any OT or something no positive environment they treat us like machine
