While my feedback depends on my personal experience. The reality might definitely vary from team to team and process to process. As of my experience, please do not come to this company. It's Mumbai - Goregaon branch is 4 km distant from the railway station and it's a time consuming travel. Other than this, the working experience is like living hell. No fixed timings, you will start your shift at 10.30 am and leave home at 10 pm. The process are dull manual. You will die working on your files but still the file wont be up to date. Because while you were working on your file, 100 more things have happened. But they expect a real time updated file. Don't come here....Read More

In my point of view, I dislike the most about company that the company is not aggressive for employee salary & benefits same is for Promotion/appraisal. the company needs to improve these things. . . because the ground level employee is a key to success for organization and for all . . .

There are various things which i like about 1. The hR of the company is not at all supportive. The only support people of higher authority 2. The people sitting at higher authority have no idea how to respect people who are working in their team 3 The process here is so lengthy and even the operation doesnt pick the call

Salary not up to the mark. not paid as per industry standard. additional branches, additional works given without proper hike in salary. Branches have poor depressing culture, no celebration, revenue generating teams at branches are recognized, not the backend teams irrespective of their contribution to the success. Overall branches are not happy place to work.

I dislike everything about this company, even after resignation they didn't approve it and after 2 months of my resignation they called me, after several email I have to do for my relieving and said now they will process my relieving and my fnf will come after 45 days from now. Pathetic behaviour of HRVP.

Authority shall be on DM’s to make sure everyone gets active,not by pressuring them .

Can't even count the dislikes. 1. You are never sure that you will get your salary on time. HR can (by mistake) mistakes at time of salary credit. 2. Upper management lies alot. 3. My husband works here. List of deeds they do. 1. Worst ever HR's. No response to calls. No resolution. No appointment on time no exit on time they are king of their work they do only if they are interested if not they don't give a change. 2. Worst management only can ask business but never appreciated or help employee in need. 3. Nocelebration no birthday no festivals 4. Cheap rowdies appointed as SM who threat manager to kill and management gives no dam to manager life and encourage the SM. 5. If salaries are delayed no intimation done.
