Overall one is having a Great feeling of brand and gives good feeling to listen an assuring words from Sr Management Team.

Dislikes

There is lots of difference in what the leaders says and what actually getting executed in work culture. Especially HR is not ready to being held accountable for ant thing apart from hiring and making offer, on boarding and off-boarding. I don't see any value proposition from Training team and doing a TNA of any team members and taking that individual into confidence.

Job security is based on your perception formed by your Upline managers, irrespective of your performance, though they do recognize performer but if you are not Yes Boss person than it will be difficult for one to sustain

Dislikes

As mentioned above undoubtedly a good brand but your growth and job security is based purely on your "yes boss" capacity.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
