Everything starting from Office Politics Every single human being at KOTAK EDUCATION FOUNDATION is working to pull down his/her colleagues. Efficiency of a Person is ignored while the less efficient ones are respected and given eternal chances. Currently they are just on HIRE AND FIRE mode. Hiring individuals for 6 months and then firing. Worst company to be part of. The leaders are worst. Timely salary Supportive manager ( for my intervention) Nothing more than that.

Dislikes

The organisation is confused that it is an NGO or corporate. Appraisals are poorly handled. No personal growth nor skill development. KRA's are purposely made in such a way by the management so that there is very less or no chances of growth to the employees. Too much of expectations in low salary. Unnecessary field visit which have no impact.
