I have served for 8 years in Kotak Education Foundation. I like the way to work in KEF with happy way, everyone was supportive towards work like a family.

Dislikes

I do not like the way people judge their work and compared to others work. No appreciation happens of the work in the intervention. People thinks we are not working. As I given my 100 percent towards KEF but our seniors does not appreciated at all. The culture of KEF is very good but some people have ego problems which is very bad rk style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Please make sure intelligent people should take the appraisal</mark>. Good work environment and culture in the beginning. Top management of old times were good and transparent. Policies were friendly and appraisals were fair. Less politics in the beginning with friendly atmosphere with freedom to express. On job training amply provided with good career growth....Read More

Dislikes

Being an NGO they don't have empathy for their own employee. People with severe personal problem are treated with contempt. No support by the current management and HR team. Lot of politics now but no growth in career. Work stagnant with too much pressure to perform. Workwise less of an NGO culture and more of a corporate culture.

My work had lot of innovations which was very much accepted. Very interesting work with training at a later Stage.

Team work is good. We were like a family. Very free environment. Trainings and slill development are provided.

Dislikes

No pre-planning of activities. Lots of other activities are planned which indirectly affects the target to be completed. During appraisal ground reality is not taken in concern.

My self confidence and other education skills have been developed. Proper trainings enable to do work perfectly. Lot of insights, critical analysis and self realization have developed.

Tea and water compensation and also half amount of travelling expenses if we visit schools other than ours.

Simple work. One need not to have extra knowledge about the content but can do well. I like most that the company works for under previlige students who really need such help for their growth.

Dislikes

I observed partiality and favouritism in this company. You will get placed on your favourite location if you are favourite of seniors. Promotion is always given to a favourite candidate and not to a right candidate. The management staff always sits in a office and expects much more than reality without feild visit. Also they speak in a very bad language in office area and do comments on others. Too much workload than salary....Read More

I was working as a spoken English trainer at schools. Where I was suppose to take lectures in the school and deliver the syllabus given by seniors. Along with this we have lot many other things to do in school in very less time. Too much workload.
