The organisation is confused that it is an NGO or corporate. Appraisals are poorly handled. No personal growth nor skill development. KRA's are purposely made in such a way by the management so that there is very less or no chances of growth to the employees. Too much of expectations in low salary. Unnecessary field visit which have no impact.

I really enjoyed my work. Colleagues and other staff is very helpful. From senior to ground level all staff was in good condition. Most employees are worked here from 5 to 10 yrs above. So it was good culture till January 2022. But after February 2022 management gone mad.

I have served for 8 years in Kotak Education Foundation. I like the way to work in KEF with happy way, everyone was supportive towards work like a family.

I do not like the way people judge their work and compared to others work. No appreciation happens of the work in the intervention. People thinks we are not working. As I given my 100 percent towards KEF but our seniors does not appreciated at all. The culture of KEF is very good but some people have ego problems which is very bad. Please make sure intelligent people should take the appraisal.
