Everything starting from Office Politics Every single human being at KOTAK EDUCATION FOUNDATION is working to pull down his/her colleagues. Efficiency of a Person is ignored while the less efficient ones are respected and given eternal chances. Currently they are just on HIRE AND FIRE mode. Hiring individuals for 6 months and then firing. Worst company to be part of. The leaders are worst.
