Brilliant experience of working with this great organization where hardwork, people with growth mindset & right attitude are recognized on great platform. Exposure to showcase your work to senior management is brilliant, I don't think I would ever get this opportunity anywhere else where my work is recognized among the leadership team of Kotak Cherry. Every function be it Business, tech, HR is extremely approachable including seniors of respective function. You get indepth exposure of whatever you are doing. I highly recommend to join this fantastic place. They don't know half the things they say and are unwilling to understand new things that they don't know.
