I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

the kooud software is a partnered company of European dynamics, and its his expansion in India, Its a 30 employees strength organization in Bangalore EC Phase 1, for start of the employment, the company is good.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

the missing of local HR and Accountant is just a worry in case of employees easyness, the finance is taken care by mother org and salary part is outsources in local city.

Salary - Poor
Company culture - Bad

my work was as system admin, responsible to setup the local organisations test and development environments.
