Working in kochartech is great but there is less growth options with in the company and an employee can't change the process once hired. Preferences are given to those who have good personal relations with the management and staff in terms of IJP or any promotions. I would like to raise one more thing. Job security is good a good place for freshers, management is good supportive. Policies of the company is also good

Dislikes

Salary expectations- no salary growth it should be improved like after a year or 6 months salary should be increased and for experienced candidates it should b high than a fresher one. And promotion should be given to deserving candidates.

My work life is ver good like I have been working with this organisation from June 2019 and my team leaders QA and old team mates were very good supportive and understanding
