Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your experience. Our uniqueness in employee-centricity and the learning & growth culture makes us grow exponentially. This is also one of the reasons for being a 'Great Place to Work' certified organization. Our unique hybrid work culture allows our Knolders (employees) to manage their work-life well. Policies require changes and corrections on a periodic basis. Hence, each year, we evaluate all our policies and procedures and amend them to bring in innovation and employee success to the organization. For example, we recently evaluated and brought a change to our maternity policy wherein we introduced 'Flexible working hours' to further empower our female employees.
