Well I can go on and on. 1- Culture is worst. They hire for E.L.F Beauty gives high end scenarios. Kudos to Shwetha and Alex they are always on toes to end your career. 2- Communication is not required. Out of the blue they will tell you that you don't fit in our culture then you are terminated. 3- Boot L_I_C_K_I_N_G is must if you want to stay in organization. My story - They gave me offer to work from home with decent salary. I took the bait then they wanted me to start before actual joining data and that to free of cost. Well I did that also but with a cost then boon one day I am pulled in meeting along with Alex, Swapna and Shweta stating that under the clause of 4.4 I have been terminated. I did ask for the reasons they said I didn't fit into culture and I have been questioning a lot about the company. That's funny because they can do a background check and we can't. If you don't have any options do join them but without any hopes. While joining they will say that we will be converting this position to FTE but it never happens as it is easy for them to terminate the candidate because they are not serious they are just doing it to make their brand role....Read More
