Everything. 1) if you are engineer then I must say don't go to desma as they don't have work for engineers, even their MD is iti pass out. 2) if you are join as design engineer but after your joining if someone gone from other departments then they will transfer you to that department and of you say no then they will fire you.once they seated engineer in security cabin for security work. 3) I would suggest you that never join this company....Read More

Micro management, Directors and Assistant Managers are enjoying the luxury of the facilities and there is conflict in management for ego satisfaction which effect the employee to perform their job. KPI are on paper. Unnecessary shouting just to show their authority. You will always be in situation of ambiguity. Directors are typically Baniya type, not well educated. Don't allow employees to work Independently. Swap your department without any formal process. Appraisal is joke you will get hike but wait for 10 - 15 years for promotion.
