I dislike the decisions of MD that was without any reason demoting, discouraged, unsupported and fake promises and depreciation, no increment, partiality etc.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
