Working with qualified CAs give you much opportunities to grow better and I learnt much till the time I worked in this company. A very good place to an intern and a fresher like me.

Dislikes

I enjoyed working in this company and if someone is looking to learn something good being a fresher, it's the place they can start up.

Work Details

Started as an account trainee and handled different projects during my work time there. Specially auditing, accounting of different projects given in and learnt many other things being a fresher.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Being a fresher it may vary , but an experienced one can get perfect as required.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
