They are deploying to Robert Bosch and the combination is not at all good They won't approve timesheets they don't send laptop and they don't give salaries If you are on bench The day 1 you will be out of the company

Very worst. They don’t have enough projects. Soon after completing projects, they will layoff from company. They won’t allocate to other projects.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
