I'm waiting from past 1.6 year for appraisal, No fix time of appraisal cycle and if you ask to HR they will have no idea about this. 2. you have to work on Saturday and some time on Sunday without getting single penny also you will not even get additional leave. 3. Any lead can order you, some implementation people here from past 15-20 years they don't have knowledge of development still they will order you, this people is too much arrogant . 4. If you get hike and want to resign then you have to return all your incremented salary to the company. 5. If they sends you at client place then Company will reimburse hotel room money,according to them if you leave at your home then you have to pay yourself for your food then pay it at client-side as well. 6. No WFH allowed in my project you have to do WFO only. 7. Unnecessary priority created by team leads for that you have to work on Sunday. 8.
