I had a terrible experience after my maternity leave. I requested for wfh for a couple months( everybody was working remotely and employees were slowly starting to work at hybrid mode). I was denied bluntly and had no option other than to quit as my baby was depended on me . I Was not asked to serve notice until my last working day.Only on my last working day was I informed that 3 months salary will be recovered from F&F. My experience letter is still on hold....Read More
