The job is quite interesting, i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles within the same time

Corporate Work Cultue , Salary on time. Leaves, bonus all facility are there. Few merchandiser teams are very good in the company they support their junior very well. HR is bold and clear about all aspect.

Few employees are trying to take high salary but not perform, but job guaranteed like safe. fews are very polish to IN front of management beside the seen very negative feeling in the heart. as fresher i am learning very well in the team last above 2 years. Good increment system based on performance.

Employees can not use elevators, have to make up-down by stair case only from gr floor to 4th floor.
