Showing corporate culture but "gaddi" culture indeed. Frequent change in decisions at or by the higher management. Lots of unjustified rules abd regulations. Employees can not use elevators, have to make up-down by stair case only from gr floor to 4th floor. Can't carry own bag at tge work station, need to keep them in the locker out side of the main entrance of the office along with shoes. There is nothing to like about this company

It’s will be more appropriate to call it a jail instead of a company. Management is horrible. Typical orthodox mindset of the management. They have also implemented several rules and regulations in office premises which you will receive in pdf format of 2-3 pages on the day of joining. The rules are like you can’t use elevator and take stairs for going to 4th floor from 1st floor as the elevator is only for management people, you have to keep your bag and shoes in locker outside the office, you can’t use phone during office hours, you have to add suffix “ji” while addressing them, you can’t wear any heavy bangles or metal ornaments in hand which might scratch the office properties such as staircase/walls/show pieces, you have to stop and shift to side if you see any management person while going somewhere in the office premises and you have to wait until the person crosses the place and the list goes on....Read More
