Kiloskar is an old reputed brand and known well in rural areas more in comparison to urban areas, due to more focus on agriculture products.

Dislikes

Terrible politics by senior management like VP/MD level to save only their job and miss use the performers in wrong way. Chairman/ Owners are good but some very old employees doesn't want survive new employees who performance is high.

Work Details

Work- Home balance is terrible as no training session to new ones, and doesn't want to perform better to come in highlight of top management.
