Company issues blanket circular and increases the notice period irrespective of agreed notice period at the time of joining and deduct the notice pay for extended period also at the time of leaving the organization or make employee serve for complete term of 3 months even if they are ready to pay notice shortfall, which is in a bad taste and doesnt reflect well towards the organization image. There is no transparency with respect to rewards, recognitions, appraisals and promotions. It depends on relation with highly incompetent dept heads rather than on performance. Plus no chance of academic growth / skill enhancement.
