If you are looking for career growth here, you are making a mistake. Join this company for one year and focus only on learning. During this time, don’t worry about your salary. After one year, look for better opportunities in other companies. In this company, only those who flatter the management get promotions, not hardworking employees. Some people sitting under the manager get good salary increments every year without doing much work, while those who work hard do not get proper raises. Additionally, employee welfare is not a priority here. The washrooms are in very poor condition, and there is no hygiene. Since the company has a large employee base, they should maintain hygiene properly, but they don’t. The washroom conditions are so bad that employees can even get a urinary infection. Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.
