The company is best for the fresher's who want to learn basics of accounting and taxation. I learned lots from there. The company deals in Australian and New Zealand Accounting and Taxation. Our covers mostly 90% of the New Zealand clients. Working Environment is good and also the Managers and Team Leaders are very cooperative but the employee has to prove himself by doing good work for the growth and promotions. Management of the company is not so good. Everything is controlled by only one person which includes all administrative, HR and Finance Department like other company which is the only defect of the company....Read More

Growth and promotion depends on the work done by employee and also depends upon the team in which you got selected. The work pressure is high, almost all time specially in the peak season we have to work late nights. Every one has to fights for their growth by showing their work and has to prove himself in front of managers. There is no on job training sessions, employee has to learn himself by taking help of another experience employees of the company. Employee also has to work on Saturdays and sundays and also in holidays. We have to tell our manager before one day if we have to take leaves....Read More

We have to deal directly with the client which is good but sometimes we have to tackle the clients with their queries and give them suggestion to improve their work and business.
