Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No job security. They will ask you to leave as soon as the requirement runs out. Of course that's general trait of start ups.

I was hired as Frontend Developer and worked there for 4 months.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
