Focus only on Saudi faculty growth and development. Compensation high for Saudis , Reduced contracted salary because of bad economic situation, stopped all conferences allowances. Zero job security for expatriates. Foreign faculty member only used to do research in their benchmarked list .

Workload is ok but no financial or non financial growth. Due to the volatile situation, good faculty members are leaving now.
