We have become better at maintaining and helping our members maintain their personal and professional lives, since we believe in taking care of self and family and giving them time. However, yes at instances we still have a few days where the teams have to work at weekends and holidays at times. Trust us we are working on getting out of this completely. Hence training our leaders on managing time better and to check on alternatives to resolve issues received from client at weekends etc. Keep growing and loving us.
