However, we are shocked and sad to know you believe our approach is such as mentioned. We agree a lot of things were manual, we changed offices frequently since we were growing from a team of 6 to 300 plus today and would keep expanding. With an extremely high turnover for an organization of our strength and considering future expansion we have adapted and adopted a lot of new policies and HRMS software for confirmation, appraisal and many more HR processes. Sales being an aggressive department, currently, we are reworking on strategies for training new sales team members for them to stay long-term. Hi, thank you so much. Our happiness knows no bounds when we realize someone is so happy that they love everything here. It is really a great feeling of content since the hard work of everything done for members has truly paid off. Yes, yes we do realize and a lot of you have shared about one Saturday working from office shouldn't be there. Patience is a virtue, a little more patience, now that we have moved from all Saturday working to 2 Saturdays off.
