Hi, thank you so much for your feedback. Yes, we believe members are our assets and growing members means growing business. It makes us happy when our members value our work culture where we all invested time and energy. But today when we see such feedback we feel all was worth. Yes, we are working on getting all Saturdays off, we have come a long way from no Saturdays off to 2 Saturdays working one WFH one WFO.
