Irresponsible Travel,HR and IT dept Lots of work delegation. Frequent work place changes. Lot of manual process. High attrition rate in sales dept No mental peace.

Working with Khushi advertising was a great opportunity i learn alot with my seniors The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrouds and we work happily in collaboration

Compensation is decent .The work pressure quite high Manager do not value an individual.

This environment not only enables you to work effectively with clients but also demonstrates a genuine care for employees and their families, offering encouragement and support.

Dislikes

The only thing disappointing is to be at the office for 9 hours. It's not only in Khushi Advertising but everywhere in India. It has to be 7-8 hours; so that people can do other activities for their growth and development.

Senior management is open to suggestions. Employees are free to express themselves. For employees who perform @ Khushi..sky is the limit..they can earn fortunes. Various health related initiatives are taken by the company. Loys of training programs are held to get the best out of every employee. Most of the employees here have worked with Khushi for more than 10 years. Nice place to be at..

Dislikes

As of now we are following 3 Saturdays off schedule per month. If all saturday's are off.. My happiness meter would go from 99.9% to a perfect 100% score.
