I am going to complete 2 years at Keyideas in a week. Thought of pinning my experience here. I joined Keyideas when my career was going through a bad phase. The company which I joined initially laid off 40+ employees from the team and I was one to suffer. Back at home my sister got ill and had to keep visiting the hospital for her treatment. Then came a time when the covid hit and again my job which I took closed. So there was a lot of instability in my career. roughly remember giving 45-odd interviews but with no luck. Finally, I received a call from the HR at Keyideas. I was so disappointed still tried giving the interview. I managed to clear the assignment round and the tech round. Then came the salary negotiations and so the HR gave me a fair hike but she even mentioned sticking to the job as there was a lot of instability in my resume and with not proper documents I might have problems in the later stage of my career. Today it's been 2 years and I am feeling good. At least I have done something good for my career with the support of the team and my colleagues. Happy to take the advice of HR. Every year without asking for I get a good hike and appraisal and also a mid bonus from time to time. what more should I ask for? Must say they are genuine and good people. Excellent Wor Culture. The best company for Software Development. You will learn a lot. If you are a perpetual learner you can outshine your team. But almost all of them are great programmers. But learning always benefits.

1. There are lot of negative aspects, They will not provide you laptop to work ,you need to use your own laptop. 2. They will monitor you in your own laptop, if you will not press any key for even 2-3 minutes then , online desk time will not track your status and you will be marked unavailable. 3.They want to hire cheap labour, theywill ask you work for free for 2-3 months but then they will pay you 10-15 k for next 6-8 months and when time will come to give you a hike , then they will fire you and will hire another junior with same process.So you can understand the kind of cheap strategy they are using. 4. They have mostly US based projects so you can understand how much they are earning (atleast 4-5times hire as compared to any Indian client) but they will try not pay more than 10-20k. 5.Most important points, All the good reviews you are seeing here or in Google is all created by then , on any random day HR will call you and will ask to share you screen and they will share you the template and ask you to give 5 star rating and the comment they have shared.And also they will ask to provide 5 star ratings from your family and friends. As a UI/UX designer this company will give you the worst trauma of your lifetime. Let me tell you why : - First of all, forget about all of those Google reviews because the reviews are all written by the employees of the company who are made to fill a " pre-written script" that you'll have to post at the beginning of your employment that will be given to you by the company. - The HR will treat you like a trash bag. - You will work overtime till you don't have a life. - You won't have the time to focus on the work because you'll be constantly monitored to update every hour on what you're doing like do you even want me to work at this point? - Did I mention you barely have time to smell your food for a lunch break? - Exposure to the industry? Forget about that. LMK if you'll have exposure to a social life because you'll be working overtime in the company. - Employees are dead because there won't be any work-life balance. - The CEO is nice but who's gonna tell him that his employees are suffering because of his HR? - Overall 5 stars on employee mistreatment, bad work-life balance and low salary. Great Place to work. This place has given growth opportunities and learning prospects. My learning graph has really gone up since I joined Keyideas. The team is supportive and I really like the work culture. They support it if it is required otherwise they will deny what is not possible. So that way they are honest with their work.
