1) Toxic work culture. 2) The Boss will remove you and end your employment anytime and he will say you that you have not done any work for us. 3) My 4-5 friends where removed on the spot from the company without any reason. 4) No Employee Benefits. 5) The Boss will give you bad words on your face. 6) No personal time for the employees. 7) The boss will keep you seat in the office till 10.30 PM.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
